A Trip to the Local Market

On Saturday morning, I go to the local market with my grandmother. The market is noisy and colorful. Many people buy and sell things there.

We walk past stalls of fresh vegetables, fruit, and fish. My grandmother says, "We need tomatoes, onions, and bananas today."

I help my grandmother carry the bags. The market has a lot of smells — fresh bread, ripe fruit, and grilled corn. I like the market very much because it is fun and busy.

At home, my grandmother cooks a delicious lunch with the food from the market.
