The Smart Dog

One day, a man goes into a movie theater. He is not alone. He has a big dog with him. The man buys two tickets: one for himself and one for his dog.

The movie starts. It is a very sad movie. Suddenly, the dog starts to cry. When the movie is funny, the dog laughs very loud. When the movie is scary, the dog hides his eyes with his paws.

A woman is sitting behind them. She is very surprised. She watches the dog all night. After the movie ends, she walks to the man.

"Excuse me," she says. "Your dog is amazing! He watched the whole movie and understood everything. He is so smart!"

The man looks at her and sighs.

"Yes, I am surprised too," the man says. "He hated the book."
