The Boy and the Big Blue Sea

Noah lived in a small house near the sea. Every day, he sat on the sand and watched the waves. He loved the water, but he was afraid of it. The sea was so big, and Noah felt very small. He wanted to swim like the other children, but he stayed on the dry sand.

His sister, Elena, was a brave swimmer. One morning, she sat next to him. "Why do you not come into the water, Noah?" she asked.

"The waves are too strong," Noah said. "I am afraid I will fall."

Noah took a deep breath. He held Elena’s hand and walked to the edge of the water. The sea was cold on his feet.
