Right move

Young Leo was a boy who wanted to learn the art of strategy. He went to a famous Master and asked to be his student. However, Leo was not a "natural." He made mistakes constantly. He forgot the rules, lost every game, and often felt frustrated.

After months of training, Leo lost a very important match. He dropped his head in shame and said, "Master, I have failed over and over again. I am not smart enough. You should find a better student and let me go."

The Master did not look angry. Instead, he took a small candle and lit it in the dark room.

"Look at this flame, Leo," the Master said quietly. "When the wind blows, the flame may flicker or even go out. But does the wick (tim đèn) give up? No. You provide more oil, and you light it again."

Leo replied, "But I have made the wrong move so many times. I am a failure."

The Master smiled and placed a hand on the boy’s shoulder. "A true teacher does not look for a student who is already perfect. I am here to stay, especially when you fail. Every 'wrong move' is simply a step closer to the 'right move.' As long as you do not quit, I will never leave your side."

Years later, Leo became one of the greatest players in the land. He realized that the Master’s greatest lesson wasn't about the game—it was about loyalty and patience. He learned that a teacher’s light shines brightest when the student is in their darkest moment.
